This visit lets us explore every aspect of your needs. It includes a thorough review of your medical history, your current concerns, a comprehensive evaluation of your posture, muscle strength, flexibility, coordination, and movement testing, followed by a thorough treatment plan.

This hour will include treatment based on findings from your initial visit. It may include internal or external manual therapy (soft tissue, joint, or visceral mobilization), dry needling, and targeted exercise.

Manual Therapy or Dry Needling
This visit will focus on manual treatment (soft tissue, joint, and visceral mobilization) and/or dry needling to decrease pain and optimize movement.

Weight Training or Private Lagree Session (Gym Site)
This visit will focus on exercise, Lagree, yoga, and/or weight lifting to optimize movement and function.
